Sapia.ai is an AI powered product designed for high volume hiring, using AI to efficiently screen candidates. There are 2 key offerings offerings: AI-powered Chat and Video Interview tools for candidate screening. 
Live Interview is an extension of our platform - a chrome extension designed to handle high-volume bulk scheduling needs, so talent teams can schedule their shortlisted candidates to interview at ease.

Talent Hub is a candidate management platform designed for talent teams in organisations.
The old candidate management platform was a legacy platform developed entirely by engineers, with no design refresh or UX consideration for over 6 years.
As a result, it lacked alignment with brand guidelines, and many of the components were not built with scalability or consistency in mind.
With new products on the horizon, this redesign had the goal of building for scalability and a more cohesive user experience.

Lite Onboarding is a system responsible for managing employees and onboarding new employees.
In this redesign, I enhanced the onboarding experience through better visual design, platform responsiveness, and improving clarity by providing more user guidance especially around tax and superannuation. The goal was to increase employee form-completion rates.
